Assistant General Manager Jersey Mike’s – KRG Holdings LLC Hoover, AL Job Details Part-time $14 – $16 an hour 22 hours ago Qualifications Restaurant management Mid-level Team development Leadership Full Job Description Position Summary The Assistant General Manager will assist in ensuring daily activities and business operations run smoothly and efficiently while keeping at the forefront delivering superior customer service to our guests. Key Responsibilities Assist in creating employee schedules and managing a team of 2-5 crew members Oversee store opening and closing tasks Order inventory and ensure stock availability Lead by example and assist in employee training and development Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions. Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in managerial role (restaurant management preferred) Ability to work a 50-hour work week, including nights & weekends Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Proven ability to manage and develop teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Proven ability to meet & succeed Labor and Food Costs goals •Mandatory Requirement – Upon hire or promotion into the Assistant General Manager role, you will enter into our Manager in Training program for 8-10 weeks (360 hours) to fully learn the position. You will train at one of our certified training locations; this may require travel depending on location. You must successfully complete training before assuming role as an Assistant General Manager.•
