The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean and efficient workplace while adhering to health and safety regulations. Duties Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and service. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve optimal performance levels. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Oversee the use of POS systems to ensure accurate transactions and reporting. Implement effective catering services for events and banquets when required. Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean environment for both staff and customers. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to enhance guest satisfaction. Develop schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. 50 hour work week Bonuses Qualifications Minimum of 3 years Proven experience in fast food management .
