Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the front of house area, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Manage and coordinate the work schedules of front of house staff.
• Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front of house area, including dining areas, restrooms, and entryways
• Coordinate our social media presence and communicate with guests on multiple social media platforms
• Handle cash flow and inventory for store
• Maintain relationships with the different vendors and service providers; and ensure the services and products supplied by them are to the standard set

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and vendors
• Ability to work all front of house roles well and constantly be improving the staff at those roles We are searching for self motivated individuals who are competent in both the business management and guest facing sides of the service industry. We are open Tuesday
• Sunday (closed Monday) 11am
• 8pm, we close at 9pm on Friday and Saturday You would work solo on some weekday shifts and manage front of house staff during weekend shifts and high volume shifts.
