The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of the food industry, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, operations, and customer satisfaction. Duties Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including bartending, kitchen management, and food service management. Supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized environment. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing food costs. Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus that reflect current trends while catering to customer preferences. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure a positive dining experience. Coordinate catering services for special events as needed. Skills Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the food industry. Strong bartending skills with knowledge of beverage preparation and service. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Proficient in kitchen management practices, including food safety standards and inventory control. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in casual dining settings is preferred but not required.
