Duties Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring efficiency and quality in all aspects of service. Lead and mentor staff, including assistant managers and kitchen personnel, to promote teamwork and professional development. Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, and food preparation. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness in all areas. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures. Requirements Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the food industry or hotel sector. Strong background in food service management with knowledge of kitchen management practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in coffee service or related areas is a plus.
