What You’ll Do:

Be the face of the restaurant—on the floor, in the kitchen, and in the community Lead and inspire a talented FOH and BOH team, fostering a culture of accountability and hospitality Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and service execution with an owner’s mindset Ensure flawless guest experiences through training, feedback, and attention to detail Collaborate on local partnerships and events to keep the brand connected and relevant

What You Bring:

3-5+ years of GM experience in chef-driven or upscale casual dining Strength in operations, team development, and guest service metrics A balance of structure and creativity—equally at home with P&L spreadsheets and wine lists Calm, confident leadership, especially during peak hours or challenging moments Passion for food, people, and building something great
