The ideal candidate will possess a passion for exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of fine dining etiquette. This role requires the ability to manage multiple staff members while providing a memorable dining experience for our guests. The Fine Dining Manager will work closely with kitchen staff and management team to ensure smooth operations and high standards of service. Experience Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS system or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience. Experience in food service management or training staff is advantageous. Knowledge of food production processes and inventory control practices is beneficial. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
