City BBQ, with 75 locations across 10 states, is expanding toHuntsville, AL, later this year. The search is on for a General Manager tolead our team on Memorial Drive. The ideal candidate should possesstraits such as relationship building, empathy, intuition, andprevious GM experience in a quick casual or casual concept.

Experience in a high-volume, scratch kitchen environment and newrestaurant openings is highly desirable. We offer industry-leadingcompensation.

Training is a priority for us; the selected candidateand management team will train in Atlanta at the company’sexpense.

GENERAL MANAGER
Position Summary and Mission:

The GeneralManager leads a team in sales, profits, operations, qualitystandards, and people practices, fostering the culture of CityBarbeque.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Profits:

Drive guest count and sales growth. Develop and implement local marketing plans to build communityrelationships and increase sales. Manage expenses to maximize profits, utilizing productivity andefficiency tools.

Operations and Quality Standards:

Ensure compliance with operational, sanitation, and foodquality standards. Maintain equipment and facilities according to brand standardsand regulations. Use guest feedback to improve service and coach the team.

PeopleDevelopment:

Support the development of managers and staff through training,coaching, and feedback. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings. Reinforce core values and foster a positive workenvironment.

Qualifications:
Education/Training:

B.A./B.S. or equivalent experience preferred.

Knowledge/Skills:

Ability to build positive relationships and communicateeffectively. Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service and leadership skills.

WorkExperience:

Previous GM experience in the restaurant industry required.
