The Night Manager will ensure that all aspects of the business run smoothly, providing excellent customer service while managing staff and resources effectively. This role is crucial for maintaining operational standards and ensuring guest satisfaction during nighttime hours. Responsibilities Supervise and manage staff during the night shift, ensuring all team members are performing their duties effectively. Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and security in all transactions. Coordinate food production and catering services, ensuring quality and timely delivery of meals. Assist with inventory control, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as necessary. Maintain high standards of food handling and safety practices in compliance with health regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
