Key Expectations & Responsibilities:
Ensure excellent guest experience, all around safety, and product quality Assist higher managers in driving catering and sales Hit operational and sales goals while operating within brand standards Manage and delegate daily functions of the café including preparing product, making food and smoothies, serving customers, and completing daily and weekly cleaning duties. Leading marketing and promotional campaign by executing marketing and sales programs guidelines. Manage Labor to ensure proper staffing levels to meet the budget and sales strategy Manage Inventory
