Role:
Support the RGM byrunning great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. Take ownershipand responsibility to solve problems; seek help from others whenappropriate; and be willing to provide help and guidance toothers.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Ensuring ConsistentCustomer Satisfaction
- Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) SuccessRoutine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers andService are completed
- Ensure that all Team Members complete theirShift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s)
- Ensure thatall employees present a neat clean appearance and wear companyuniform
- Personally demonstrate the Customer needs are the highestpriority
- Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders
- Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positivecustomer relations
- Greets customers with a smile, is polite andpleasant when speaking with customers
- Works with urgency
- Workswith management and fellow employees
- Cooperation with peers workwith fellow employees as part of a team, helps others when theyneed a hand.
Developing People
- Provide regular feedback to the RGMon the performance of Team Members
- Provide ongoing constructiveand complimentary feedback to Team Members
- Actively participatesin the training of Team Members
- Handle conflicts constructivelyand works with RGM to achieve resolution.
Act Like an Owner
- AssistProfit and Loss management by following cash control/securityprocedures, maintaining inventory and managing labor
- Overseeproper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking andholding times
- Assist RGM with facility maintenance and ensurehealth and safety standards are followed at all times
- Performother duties as required by manager.
Job Requirements and EssentialFunctions
- Strong preference for internal promote form HourlyChampion position
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must havereliable transportation
- Able to do basic business math
- Able tostock shelves and coolers
- Able to oversee and manage subordinateemployees and provide direction
- Able to sweep and mop floors,dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers and place inan outside bin
- Able to clean the parking lot and groundssurrounding the restaurant
- Able to tolerate standing, walking,lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 90% of shift time
- Demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co-workers
- Must pass background check criteria.
Attendance
- Understands postedwork schedule and reports to work as scheduled, on time, in uniformand ready to begin tasks. Provides appropriate notice when unableto be at work
- Understands and uses approved time keeping system,including accurately recording all hours worked.
Initiative andEnergy
- Takes action without being told, goes beyond what is simplyrequired and maintains a high activity level.
