The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This position requires strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for food and beverage management. Responsibilities Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained. Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Oversee inventory control processes, including stock management and ordering supplies as needed. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members. Train and mentor staff on sales techniques, customer service best practices, and operational procedures. Collaborate with the management team to develop sales strategies that drive business growth. Maintain an organized restaurant environment by ensuring food and drink presentation displayed effectively and the store is clean and well-maintained. Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive work atmosphere. Experience Previous experience in food and beverage management or a similar role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively. Familiarity with inventory control processes and sales management techniques. Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers is essential. A background in customer service is highly desirable.
