The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the General Manager in achieving business goals. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to manage various aspects of restaurant operations effectively. Duties Assist in managing daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards of service. Oversee food preparation and kitchen management to maintain quality and safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding performance and foster a positive work environment. Manage banquet services, including planning and executing events to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle cash management processes, including cash handling procedures and daily reconciliations. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and assist in inventory control to minimize waste. Support shift management by coordinating staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours. Requirements Proven experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen management practices. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Experience with inventory control processes is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills to interact with staff, guests, and vendors professionally.
