Starting pay is based on experience and pay scale includes base plus average tips. Edgar’s Bakery is an upscale bakery/cafe with ten locations across central and north Alabama. Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities Oversee guest services and resolve issues Ability to take a cake order Train and manage staff on daily operations Plan and oversee production Open and close the restaurant Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations ​

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or other related fields preferred Strong leadership qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Strong attention to detail
