HTeaO, the ultimate destination for fresh, flavorful teas, is opening a new store in Lowell, Arkansas this fall, and we’re searching for an exceptional General Manager to lead the charge! As the General Manager of our Lowell HTeaO, you’ll be the heart and soul of our store, crafting a joyful atmosphere for our team and customers while upholding the highest operational standards. This isn’t just a job—it’s an opportunity to grow with a dynamic brand, with the potential to oversee multiple stores and even earn ownership in the business as we expand!

Who You Are:
A people-person who loves building relationships with customers and team members alike. A natural leader with a knack for fostering a fun, high-energy, and inclusive work environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining impeccable operational standards. Experienced in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management (1-3 years preferred, but passion and potential matter most!). Excited about growth opportunities and ready to take on increasing responsibility as HTeaO expands.
