Develop and manage budgets, tracking expenses and revenue to maintain profitability. Coordinate catering events and manage logistics for food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and presentation. Skills Proven experience in catering, restaurant management, or hotel operations.
