Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training
- Ensure efficient and smooth operations by coordinating with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards of quality and consistency
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional activities and attract new customers
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is required
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and health regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Proficient in kitchen management, including inventory control and cost management
