Position Summary We’re looking for an energetic, motivated, and hands-on Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you’ll support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving team performance, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You’ll help ensure our standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service are consistently exceeded — all while maintaining a fun, inclusive, and professional environment for both guests and team members. Key Responsibilities Support the GM in leading day-to-day restaurant operations Coach, train, and motivate team members to perform at their best Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members Ensure excellent guest service and resolve any guest concerns promptly and professionally Maintain labor schedules and manage shift coverage efficiently Uphold high food quality, safety, and sanitation standards Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and help control food and labor costs Track performance metrics and support GM in meeting weekly, quarterly, and annual goals Conduct regular walk-throughs to assess cleanliness, operations, and maintenance needs Foster a respectful, collaborative, and inclusive work environment What We’re Looking For Previous experience as an Assistant Manager (restaurant or food service industry preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Adaptable and proactive with a passion for hospitality Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Able to thrive under pressure and make smart decisions quickly Positive, team-first attitude with a focus on solutions Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed ServSafe Certification required Why Join Us?
