Full-Time (40 Hours/Week, Evening and Weekend Shifts Required)

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development:
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
Guest Experience:
Actively engage with customers to ensure a memorable dining experience, handle inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Operational Management:
Oversee daily floor operations, including opening/closing procedures, maintaining service standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Sales Growth:
Work collaboratively with the management team to build regular clientele through exceptional service, customer relationships, and creative initiatives.
Collaboration:
Liaise with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth operations and seamless communication across departments.
