We are seeking a dedicated General Manager for one of our premier partners McDonald’s. We are looking for General Managers to oversee the daily operations of their Quick Service Restaurant brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and possess excellent leadership skills to ensure smooth restaurant functioning.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, food quality, and staff performance. Supervise and train restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Create and implement strategies to meet revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Oversee catering events and coordinate with kitchen staff for successful execution.

Requirements:

Proven experience in restaurant management within the food industry. Knowledge of POS systems, food handling procedures, and catering operations. Strong team management and supervisory skills. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Excellent hospitality and customer service skills. Bartending experience is a plus.
