Restaurant Supervisor
Full-Time / Days and Hours Vary Are you enthusiastic about serving others? This position is responsible for restaurant operations and ensuring the team delivers exceptional service experiences to our guests while exhibiting core values and hospitality standards.

Essential Functions:

Maintains appropriate staff levels.
Minimizes employee turnover rates by focusing on hiring qualified people, taking time to effectively orient new employees, set clear performance expectations, train, coach, and give constructive performance feedback.
Cultivates an environment of open, authentic dialogue with the restaurant team, as well as corporate and regional partners.
Manages individual restaurant expenses ensuring budgetary compliance.
Ensures consistent execution of Company policies and procedures.
Develops restaurant procedures and strives to continually streamline those processes.
Manages payroll hours to budgeted payroll percentage.
Incorporates and administers applicable safety programs for the restaurant, the employees, and the guests.
Ensures employee appearance appropriately reflects the RC Hospitality Solutions standards.
Manages upkeep of physical restaurant.
Is receptive to feedback and coaching.
Possesses complete knowledge of all food and beverage menus (including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation), and enforces the consistency of menus.
Possesses complete knowledge of all hospitality standards and is responsible for the application and enforcement of those standards.
Practices proper cash handling methods, as well as proper operation of the point-of-sale system.
Responsible for other duties, as assigned.
Safety and Security – Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly. Education and/or Experience
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates and Licenses
ServSafe Certification Physical Demands
The duties of the job frequently require the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include peripheral vision.
The duties of this job require the ability to: stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; and, taste or smell—on a frequent basis.
