General Purpose:
- The Dining Room Manager oversees the Dining Room, Lounge, 19th Hole, Colony Hall, and related activities, ensuring exceptional service and a highly satisfying dining experience for members and guests.

Essential Functions:
- 1.
Lead, supervise, and support dining room, 19th Hole, and event staff, maintaining a hands-on presence during meal service. 2. Communicate and enforce policies and procedures to ensure service excellence. 3. Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of dining and event spaces. 4. Complete shift-end reports to ensure accurate record-keeping and billing. 5. Open and close the club as scheduled, ensuring all operational procedures are followed. 6. Review staffing needs in advance of shifts to maintain appropriate coverage. 7. Coordinate table settings and event setups to meet club standards and member expectations. 8. Meet with members as needed to assist in planning and executing banquet events. 9. Maintain high standards for food and beverage quality, ensuring consistency and attention to detail. 10. Address and resolve member concerns, ensuring satisfaction and proper follow-up within the management team. 11. Assist with beverage inventory and purchasing needs. 12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:

Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a full-service dining facility, catering, or banquet setting. 2. Experience in banquet supervision and event booking. 3. Strong background in dining room service and hospitality operations. 4. Proficiency in basic computer skills, with familiarity in Jonas Point of Sale preferred. 5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required. 6. Must obtain a Certified Professional Food Manager Card within six (6) months of hire.
