Summary We are seeking a dynamic Manager to lead our café operations at Tropical Smoothie Café. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position is vital in maintaining our commitment to quality and community engagement. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Manage employee schedules, labor, and performance evaluations. Implement marketing strategies to promote café offerings and increase sales. Maintain inventory levels and manage ordering processes effectively. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the café environment. Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and employee development. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Basic math skills for handling cash registers and payroll processes.
