Duties Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food production, kitchen management, and banquet services. Develop and manage budgets to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards. Train, mentor, and lead staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency. Implement staff training programs to enhance team performance and promote career development. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage products. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that drive sales and enhance customer engagement. Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Requirements Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality or casual dining industry. Strong knowledge of food production processes and kitchen management practices. Experience in budgeting and financial management within a restaurant setting. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Familiarity with coffee production is a plus but not required.
