We are seeking an enthusiastic individual for an assistant manager position. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every product meets our high-quality standards. Duties Prepare and bake Cinnabon products according to established recipes and guidelines. Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
