Role:

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Dock Manager to support daily operations at a prominent marina facility. This is a direct hire opportunity with a well-established leader in the marine industry, offering strong career growth potential and a collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the cleanliness, security, and maintenance of marina facilities including docks, offices, equipment, and surrounding grounds Perform minor repairs to equipment and infrastructure; coordinate with appropriate vendors for major repairs Monitor fuel dock operations and provide support to transient marine vessels Deliver top-tier customer service to marina guests entering and exiting the facility Support the Dockmaster with planning and executing marina-related projects, including task assignment Respond to public inquiries and customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency Collaborate with HSE and Service Operations teams to maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards Assist the Facility Manager with prioritizing and tracking internal projects Enforce marina operational policies and ensure compliance by staff, vendors, and customers Maintain and update administrative records, including revenues and expenses

Qualifications:
