The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient kitchen management. This position requires a strong background in food service and hospitality, with an emphasis on training development and team leadership. Duties Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff management and kitchen activities. Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation in line with fine dining expectations. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly. Support budgeting processes by monitoring expenses and assisting in financial planning. Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and promote a positive work environment. Manage banquet services, coordinating events to ensure seamless execution. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records as required. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality management is preferred. Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices, including food preparation and sanitation standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in budgeting and financial oversight is a plus. Familiarity with banquet operations and event coordination is desirable. Ability to train and develop team members effectively.
