Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, scheduling, and inventory control.
Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained to create a positive guest experience.
Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Develop and train team members to deliver outstanding service and uphold quality standards.
Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability, and make strategic decisions to drive success.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among the staff.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year restaurant management experience in full-service, high-volume restaurant or 6 months Front of House experience at TH. Hospitality school background preferred. Ability tomunicate effectively in English. Ability to speak and understand Spanish preferred.
