Responsibilities Supervise and manage all front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. Train, mentor, and develop staff in fine dining service techniques and food production standards. Oversee the scheduling and performance of front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders. Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure accurate order processing and payment handling. Coordinate banquet events and catering services, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
