The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant management and food service, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires excellent leadership skills to manage staff effectively, ensure smooth operations, and maintain high standards of service. Responsibilities Supervise and manage all front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. Train, mentor, and develop staff in dining service techniques and food production standards. Oversee the performance of front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders. Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure accurate order processing and payment handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and quality service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management within a dining environment. Able to attend weekly manager meetings.
