Operations Manager with a background in construction to join our team! This is a field-based role that requires travel across Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule scope of work with clients Drive to job sites across 3 counties Manage and support personnel in the field Track and manage estimated hours per scope Ensure project schedules are on track Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management skills Experience in construction (required) Ability to manage multiple schedules and tasks Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits:

$56,000/year to start (first 6 months), with a performance review and potential increase Full-time position Monthly gas allowance to be discussed Benefits include medical, paid holidays, and vacation
