Catering Manager Confidential Fort Lauderdale, FL 33394 We are currently hiring a Catering Manager. The Catering Manager must be able to build Loyal, Long Term Relationships, while being “The Catering Expert”. This individual must have a heart for hospitality, be attentive, organized, caring and courteous, to ensure that customer’s events are a complete success!
BASE SALARY PLUS COMMISSION!
Responsibilities include:
- Weekly brand presentations to build sales
- Genuinely engage with our customers and build long-term, loyal relationships
- Maintain an active presence at catering events
- Accurately prepare and submit monthly reports on time
- Administrative duties such as: data entry, emails, and phone calls
- Attend and participate in monthly meetings and conference calls
