Responsibilities:
Assist the Property Manager in managing daily operations of the property Respond to resident inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner Coordinate and assist in overseeing maintenance and repairs of the property Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports Assist in the processing resident applications for available units Creating outstanding relationships by developing engaging resident communications Perform regular inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained and meets safety standards Assist in the enforcement of community rules & regulations Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident & community information, per statute Assist in the preparation of community policies & procedures, agreements and other necessary documents Assist in preparing for and attending Board Meetings as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in property management or related field Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Building Link, Accounting software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Knowledge of community association management laws and regulations Experience with budgeting and financial reporting Experience with processing resident applications and marketing Ability to handle resident complaints and resolve conflicts Experience with property maintenance and repair Experience with vendor management Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
