Culver’s Assistant Manager Culver’s of Tamarac 8251 West Commercial Boulevard, Tamarac, FL 33351 Job Summary The assistant manager is responsible for assisting the Culver’s general manager in all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, while also being responsible for a designated section of the restaurant. This manager, in conjunction with the GM, is responsible for ensuring that all Culver’s standards are met. Responsibilities
- Operate cash registers and manage financial transactions
- Oversee shift management and ensure efficient store operations
- Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions and inventory management
- Support budgeting efforts and monitor expenses to optimize profitability Skills
- Proficiency in cash register operation and financial management
- Strong ability to manage shifts effectively and lead a team
- Experience in employee orientation, training, and development
