The Floor Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, providing exceptional customer service, and leading the front-of-house staff. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Oversee daily operations of In Suite Dining and Beach Service to ensure a high standard of service and guest satisfaction. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain an efficient team. Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure timely food delivery and quality control. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy. Implement food handling and safety protocols in compliance with health regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Utilize POS systems for order processing and inventory management. Assist in shift management to ensure optimal staffing levels during peak hours. Experience Proven experience in food management or hospitality roles, preferably within a casual dining or hotel setting. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and restaurant operations. Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
