Are you ready to bring the energy and lead a team in a fun, fast-paced food truck environment? Baya Bar is looking for a hard-working, motivated, and high-energy individual to take on the role of Food Truck Manager . As Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing inventory and staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service on the go.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding service to maximize guest satisfaction Handle customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency Maintain high product quality standards Organize and lead shifts with confidence Support and evaluate team performance to boost productivity Manage inventory and supply purchases Ensure food truck cleanliness, safety, and sanitation compliance Represent the Baya Bar brand positively in all locations Control costs and reduce waste Train new team members on service and operational procedures Implement and maintain operating standards

What We’re Looking For:

Food Protection Certificate (preferred) Experience as a manager in a food truck, restaurant, or hospitality setting Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills Solid understanding of food and beverage operations Ability to thrive in a mobile, dynamic work environment

Hours:

12-40 hours/week depending on availability and seasonality.
