Role:

The General Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our retail trade business, ensuring that all departments work cohesively towards achieving the company’s strategic goals. This position requires a strong focus on people management, fostering a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and high performance. The General Manager will be responsible for driving project sales and implementing effective cost control measures to maximize profitability. Additionally, they will oversee the hospitality and food/beverage sectors, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority. Ultimately, the General Manager will be accountable for the overall financial health of the organization, including P&L management and the development of incentive programs to motivate staff and enhance productivity.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Proven experience in a managerial role within the retail or hospitality industry. Strong understanding of P&L management and financial reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:
