Job Description Summary Who we’re looking for Are you a polished and passionate leader in hospitality? We are looking for an experienced Hotel General Manager to join our team! In this role, you will oversee all daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience! Job Description The GM will manage the hotel team, set and achieve revenue goals, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the hotel. As the Hotel General Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to drive operational excellence and create a positive and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. What you’ll do Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments. Manage and train staff, provide guidance and support to drive a high level of employee engagement. Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals, including sales and marketing initiatives. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service delivery and resolving any guest issues or concerns. Monitor and control hotel expenses, including labor and operating costs. Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and functionality. Additional Job Information/Anticipated Pay Range The essentials Experience in hotel management or a related field. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proven track record in achieving revenue goals and managing expenses. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred).
