Manage food production processes to maintain high standards of quality and safety. Implement training development programs for new hires and ongoing staff education. Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team. Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized environment. Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to optimize operational efficiency. Foster a positive dining atmosphere by addressing customer feedback and enhancing service quality. Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for growth and improvement. Experience Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry, preferably in casual dining or quick service fast food restaurants.
