As a leader in one of the world’s most recognized brands, you’ll ensure excellent service, serve amazing food, maintain operational standards, and contribute to the success of your team and restaurant. Responsibilities

• Leadership:

  Guide, motivate, and mentor your team to achieve their best.

• Operations:

  Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with Golden Krust Ownerships’ standards.

• Customer Service:

  Ensure every guest receives outstanding service and a memorable dining experience.

• Training & Development:

  Train and develop team members to uphold Golden Krust’s quality and service standards.

• Financial Management:

  Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability. What We Offer

• Salary $57,500 base DOE

• Previous experience in restaurant, retail management or a similar role.
