In this role, you will support the Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory management, supervising staff, and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning. Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries. The job is hands on, meaning the manager works together with the rest associates Oversee sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales Food prep Manage inventory levels Utilize POS systems for transactions and ensure accurate cash handling.
