The Role:
We’re seeking a Kitchen Manager who also leads by example in the kitchen. This is a rare opportunity to build a team, shape systems, and help launch a highly anticipated opening.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all kitchen operations, including prep, execution, inventory, and sanitation Work the line during dinner service and brunch/lunch shifts as needed Lead a team of cooks, dishwashers, and prep staff with professionalism and clarity Control food and labor costs through efficient planning and ordering Partner with ownership to ensure menu consistency and evolve offerings seasonally Maintain all DOH and safety compliance
Who You Are:
3+ years of experience in a BOH leadership role Experienced in both managing a team and cooking hands-on Fluent in Spanish and English Highly organized, clean, and systems-oriented A natural mentor and team builder Passionate about ingredient quality and technique — fermentation or scratch cooking a plus
