Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company policies. Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high culinary standards. Train, mentor, and develop staff in all areas of service, kitchen management, and food safety protocols. Utilize Aloha POS system for managing orders, payments, and inventory tracking effectively. Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards to provide a safe dining experience for guests. Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor financial performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Skills Proven experience in the food industry with a strong background in casual dining settings. Proficiency in kitchen management practices and food management principles. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
