What You Will Do:

Oversee all daily operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and memorable guest experience
Lead the hiring, coaching, training, and performance development of a top-tier management team
Ensure both front and back-of-house departments are staffed, supported, and aligned
Foster a collaborative, results-focused culture that reflects Carolina Hospitality
Drive sales, manage cost of goods and labor, and maximize profitability
