Shift Manager DNY Pizzeria.com 3327 East Oakland Park Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our small but bustling pizzeria. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for exceptional food, outstanding customer service, and strong leadership skills to oversee daily operations and ensure a high-quality dining experience for our customers.
Responsibilities Customer Service:
Ensure that all customers receive prompt and courteous service. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, as well as inventory management. Qualifications Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a pizzeria or similar environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus. Working Conditions Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
