We’re looking for a Team Manager to join our leadership team and help us deliver an amazing guest experience while supporting team development and daily operations. About the Role – Team Manager As a Team Manager at Diced, you’ll play a key role in leading shifts, driving store performance, and developing team members. You’ll be the go-to person for problem solving, coaching, and maintaining high standards of service, food safety, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support day-to-day operations and shift execution Motivate and coach team members during service Ensure proper labor deployment, scheduling, and productivity Manage prep, food quality, and presentation standards Support hiring, onboarding, and training of team members Uphold food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Execute local store marketing and upsell initiatives Manage inventory receiving and assist with inventory tracking Help maintain a positive, respectful, and upbeat team environment

Requirements:

1-2+ years of restaurant leadership experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude Ability to stay calm under pressure and make decisions quickly Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of food safety and guest service best practices Willingness to learn and grow with the company
