Role Purpose StatementThis transportation saavy leader ensures control, maintenance andcontinuous improvement of all activities in transportationaccording to customer policies and requirements, within CustomerService Centers (CSC) and in accordance with the corporate team.

Responsible for supporting the achievement of the CSC budgets asagreed by the GM of the CSC.

Main Accountabilities What You’ll Do:

As a Transportation Logistics Manager , you’ll: Lead daily groundtransportation and dispatch operations ensuring accurate and timelyaircraft meal delivery. Manage and train drivers, dispatchers, andsupport staff to meet on-time performance (OTP) and safetystandards. Ensure compliance with airport security protocols, FAA,DOT, FDA, USDA, OSHA, and HACCP guidelines. Analyze logisticsperformance data and implement process improvements to enhanceservice reliability and reduce costs. Collaborate closely withairline partners, tower control staff, and internal teams to ensureefficient flight catering operations. Oversee fleet maintenance,scheduling, and route optimization using logistics software.
