The Opportunity:

As the General Manager of our new Fatburger in Orange Park, you’ll be the driving force behind creating memorable dining experiences and building a thriving restaurant. You’ll lead a passionate team, oversee daily operations, and ensure our guests leave with smiles and satisfied appetites. What You’ll Do:

Lead Daily Operations:

Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, from guest satisfaction to financial performance, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Inspire Your Team:

Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and achieve company goals.

Drive Guest Experience:

Create an engaging, memorable dining experience by maintaining high standards for food quality, safety, and service.

Manage Financials:

Handle P&L management, sales forecasting, inventory, and staffing to meet financial targets.

Ensure Compliance:

Maintain adherence to food safety regulations, health department standards, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.

Maintain Equipment:

Ensure all restaurant equipment is in good working order and meets safety standards. Be a

Brand Ambassador:

Lead by example, fostering a positive, team-oriented culture that reflects Fatburger’s values.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years as a General Manager in a high-volume fast-casual or quick-service restaurant (e.g., restaurant or drive-thru). Equivalent combinations of experience and training will be considered.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to recruit, train, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding results.

Business Acumen:

Strong understanding of P&L management, sales forecasting, inventory control, and staffing.

Guest Focus:

Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards for food quality and service.

Operational Expertise:

Knowledge of food safety procedures, health regulations, and restaurant equipment maintenance.

Communication:

Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).

Team Player:

A hands-on leader who’s ready to jump in and support the team wherever needed.
