Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints Organize and supervise shifts Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices Assist General Manager with all hiring and terminations

Qualifications:

3+ plus years in a management role in the restaurant industry Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager Proven customer service experience as a manager Experience with working shifts 10-12 hours Tequila Knowledge a
