We’re currently searching for a Catering & Events Manager who is passionate about hospitality and driven to design, coordinate, and elevate every event — from elegant weddings and exclusive galas to intimate speaker series and beachside celebrations.

The Opportunity:

As our Catering & Events Manager, you’ll be the creative lead and logistics mastermind behind Hideaway’s member-focused events and private functions. You’ll partner with our talented Clubhouse Manager, Executive Chef, and team of professionals to deliver seamless, elevated experiences from first inquiry to final toast.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, plan, and execute member events, private parties, weddings, and exclusive banquets (on and off-site). Act as the face of Hideaway’s events—giving tours, building excitement, and closing the deal. Coordinate every detail using TripleSeat and work hand-in-hand with culinary, operations, and decor teams. Liaise with member Social Committees to bring their visions to life—Luncheons, Children’s Events, Speaker Series & more. Manage everything from menus and contracts to layouts, vendors, and billing with precision and creativity. Track trends and continuously elevate our offerings to surprise and delight. Represent the club with warmth and professionalism—even when troubleshooting the unexpected. Step into the Manager on Duty role when needed, supporting overall club operations.

What You Bring:

At least 3 years of continuous experience in a high-end venue (private club, luxury hotel, or exclusive events setting). Exceptional organization, energy, and member-focused communication. ServSafe Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months). Tech savvy—comfortable with POS systems (Jonas a plus), Microsoft Word/Excel, and Triple Seat event software knowledge. Availability during high season (October to May) and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift 30 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and maintain a polished, professional appearance.
